„Erinnerungen“ erschien 1987 auf dem Album Onkelz wie wir. Schon damals markierte der Text den endgültigen Bruch der Band mit der frühen Skinhead-Szene.
Seit Veröffentlichung wird der Song fast bei jedem Konzert als vorletzte oder letzte Nummer gespielt und gilt als Fan-Hymne.
